Parts and service: Memories

    I creaked my head up, I knew the music. Our replacements were playing. Our act, taken... I don't care anymore, I tried to walk out once but... I made some kids cry. I'm bitter I suppose, but me and Chica understand what happened. Some psycho broke in one night and... I got the worst of it but still, it hurts that a sledge hammer made me nightmare fuel to the kids I loved to make smile. My friends made it bearable... No pun intended given my place of work...

    Chica looked over and stood, she was like me, leaning against some random wall, Foxy was under the camera, "Sleeping". Just laying there. They never check in here during the day... We know why, they know we walk, and they know we do silly things alone. Dancing for example. 

    Chica and I did just that... We did that at Christmas and occasionally other days. We'd waltz to classical music. Seriously, the songs played in the place KINDA depended on either requests and the time of year. She used to dance to "Girls just Wanna have fun," Freddy and Foxy pretended to box to "Eye of the tiger,"... I miss the metal head who used to work here... Off topic, usually, around Christmas, they played some carols, some orchestral songs... and one day, me and Chica were sick of it... so we spiced it up with a little dance when a song played.

    We waltzed and waltzed... spent almost ten minutes dancing together. We ended it by leaning in, and, for a moment, we forgot we didn't have lips, the scrape sound scared us both, and some kids covered their ears at it, the two of us didn't even notice. I was only sad for a moment... Needed to recharge.

    Now a days, we're plugged in all day, charging from six in the morning to midnight. but right now, me and Chica were just dancing. No plugs or anything. It was a daily ritual now, just to remember when kids loved us... also maybe... maybe when we were just happier. I accidentally kicked Freddy's hat, I could feel Foxy staring at me... didn't care. I was with a loved one.
